About This Treatment

This procedure improves drooping upper eyelids by making an incision along the underside of the eyebrow to remove excess skin and, when necessary, securing the muscles and soft tissue.

By removing excess skin beneath the eyebrows, this procedure naturally lifts drooping upper eyelids, improves the heaviness of the eyelids, and minimizes changes to the existing double-eyelid crease.

When necessary, muscle and soft-tissue fixation is performed to provide more stable support for the eyelids and reduce tension on the skin.
